Hello, my name is Binita and I’m a qualified teacher. I was educated to be employed by the authority members of my family, unfortunately I have disappointed them! These days they say, I'm upto no good! For this year I have skipped job search to test my creative skills in the (virtual) world. Clearly, I'm upto no good but my intentions are very much!

Words alone are extremely weak… It’s the connotations attached that give it power.
Words could either shatter you, rip you apart, haunt you, change you. It could be a lasting memory, it could leave a good/bad impact. So it’s important we choose our words wisely.
Have a great day!
Words are very important! And using a different words can make a world of difference.
The biggest example in my head is that me and my partner have started saying ‘I forgive you’ when the other person apologises for doing something, rather than ‘it’s okay’. Hearing ‘forgive’ rather than ‘okay’ alleviates the bad feeling a whole lot more!
Yes! Words have power; hate/ love, sad/happy…You get different vibes when you hear or speak. Words go a long way; have power to change the view, perspective, thoughts n feelings.
Words have power in the manner you say them ! You can do better! Same sentence can be used to motivate a person or in negative way!! Depends how well you influence with your tone to the world
It is really important to not just say something right but say it in the right tone and manner. I completely agree with you. Thank you so much for the thought ☺
Words are powerful! They can pick you up or put you down, they can inspire love or hate, they can make change the path you are on. People should be more careful with their words… X
Words make you or destroy you! I think it’s necessary to always think before saying something. For someone, your words might be the only hope ! So , pause a moment before you think of saying something distasteful to anyone. It can always backfire at you!
Indeed, you never know what hard times someone might be going through. And I also agree on the backfire thing, just like what Justin Timberlake said once ‘what goes around comes back around!’ Thanks for sharing the wonderful thought ☺
I think words do have power because they are connected to experience and emotions that differ depending on everyone’s life experiences. That’s why it’s important to surround yourself with positive people who bring good vibes and who uplift you. It’s also important to practice positive self talk too! If our thoughts are constantly negative and too critical, it can effect our outlook in life and how we feel about ourselves. Whatever negative thought you may be thinking, turn it around to be a positive thought or compliment about yourself 😊
You have shared a really great point, negative self talk does more harm than most of us realize. We need to be aware of such thoughts & like you said, try to turn them into positive ones. Thank you so much for sharing that thought ☺
Acceptance, seeing this one word in your email, letter or hearing on a telephone can make your day. It has the power to make you do something really silly like hop outta your bed or jump where you are standing. But most importantly, it will make you happy and impact your life in the coming years. Have a lovely week. 🙂
Words mean so much to me… A word can make or break my day, depending on context and the meaning behind it. There is great power in words, which is why it is important that we use them appropriately.
I too wrote a Poem in Hindi about words(Shabd)!
The word “ACCEPATNCE” brings my own image before me. I believe ‘acceptance’ begins with accepting ‘self’!
This is an excellent initiative. Stay blessed.
Thank you so much for sharing the lovely thought. I thoughts about acceptance are very much similar to your’s. ‘acceptance always begins with the self’
Best wishes,
Binita
I visited your blog to look for the poem & I did. It’s a beautiful poem, I loved it. There is such a unique beauty & elegance to reading Hindi works (both gadansh & padansh) I tremendously enjoy reading both hindi poetry & stories.
Good to note that you liked my effort of Hindi Poems. Though have very limited vocabulary but try to put my thoughts in simple words. Feels good to be appreciated.
