Why do we run from our pain? What is the reason for this strange behavior? Nobody wants to be in pain, we hate it or probably we fear it. But why do we hate and/ or fear it so much? Do we understand our pain? What is pain, if not just a feeling. Some very wise man once said that pain & pleasure are not two different things, they are one. I’ve been thinking, have I become more aware of my surroundings? All of a sudden I’m hearing soul pleasing chirping of birds. Birds are happy, wildlife is celebrating on the streets, our world is noiseless and pollution free. The environment is coming alive with the inactivity of us humans. It’s as if lockdown for us is breakfree for them! We humans live as if we are outside of our environment. No, We are not outside of our environment. If we manage to destroy our environment, we will also destroy all chances of us being alive on this earth. I can't find words to express about the chaos we're all living in the middle of. No one is alone in this, even though we're forced to keep physical distance from each other, for all the right reasons! But we're not alone, in our fears, in our doubts, in facing present & future uncertainties. No, we're not alone! These times are hard & with so much doubt, fear & anxiety all around, naturally panic strikes! But we must remember **panicking won't make things better** but only worse. These times are indeed very hard but they will pass. Stay strong & stay safe. #coronavid19 #coronachallenge
